An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a fast growing leader within the Energy sector! Our client, based in gorgeous offices near Victoria, are looking for a proactive, highly efficient Team Secretary to support within the Renewables department.

This fast paced, demanding role requires someone with strong organisational skills, the ability to prioritise effectively and support multiple staff in an Administrative capacity. Arranging all team travel requirements, meetings and hospitality requests as well as ad hoc project support is just a small part of the role.

You will also be required to attend meetings and take minutes, maintain departmental spreadsheets, assist with formatting documents and presentations, liaise with the accounts department regarding invoices and payment enquiries and maintain the departments filing system. You will be required to attend and assist at Exhibitions, update the organisations website and manage the day to day running of the office for the Renewables team.

Previous experience of using SAP would be highly desirable, with advanced MS Office skills as a must-have (including Excel, Word, Outlook and Powerpoint). Previous experience of supporting a team in a PA capacity is required.

Our client, a leading player within the Energy sector are in search of an experienced Team Assistant to join their busyTrading & Portfolio team. The client requires someone with fantastic interpersonal skills, a confident manner and a team focused attitude who can provide exceptional secretarial support to the department.

The role itself encompasses a variety of duties such as organising complex travel and accommodation, extensive diary management for the Head of the department and team, as well as managing expense claims, processing invoices, responding to emails and taking ownership of the teams filing system. Strong organisational skills are vital as is the ability to work off your own initiative. Aside from the above duties, the position also involves compiling meeting paperwork, taking minutes and actions, organising team social events and hospitality, providing Reception cover where required as well as providing all round administrative support to the Team.

Previous experience as a Team Assistant or Team PA is imperative due to the pressure involved, as is prior exposure to an International environment. Experience or knowledge of the Energy/Power sector would be advantageous. MS Office knowledge is vital, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
